Greek Moussaka recipe - made it Vegan Style.

                 Today a good friend   Mariette  a nice blog   mariettesbacktobasics.blogspot.com , 
   if you have time pay her a visit  , she   dedicate today's post to Greek moussaka recipe!
                  Not exactly the recipe of  moussaka  that we know  , many eggs, cream sauce
                 fattening,  of course delicious recipe  but  full  of CHOLESTEROL   ......
                                                 Not healthy .....
       Her  own version  which  supported  to the recipe  that I  post  a few months ago...

  3. Hi Olympia, When I tried to join this blog, I got a bunch of error messages, but it must have worked, because I was sent this post.

    This looks very good, and I will try it for a party. I will have to adapt a little. Chinese aubergines are long and skinny, but I think can be substituted. The meat will be a bigger problem. Maybe I could leave it out, or substitute chicken. What did you mean by a vegan version?

    After a busy day I finally end up here at your blog. Thanks for posting this. It was so much fun to bake this and I kept the photos for a long time since June, as they by far did not match your excellent version. But than, even if not perfect, there is a big need for telling others about the healthy version.

  10. Μου αρέσει πολύ ο μουσακάς αλλά είναι από τα απαγορευμένα, εξαιτίας της υψηλής χολιστερίνης μου. Φεύγω από την σελίδα γιατί όσο το βλέπω τρέχουν τα σάλια μου.. :)
