You are filling my heart and soul with happiness, today. For me, to see Mikis Theodorakis live and well and dancing with "soul" is just too much!
Theodorakis is one of my heroes. I love his music, I love his courage and political committment against the Junta. I love a man who believes in his ideals so much, he's prepared to go to prison and concentration camp, in order to remain faithful to them.
The work of Theodorakis is underpinned by poetry I write poetry myself and, like Zorba/Theodorakis)I believe life can be enjoyed if filtered through art and poetry.
Theodorakis worked with great poets, such as Seferis, Lorca and... the love of my loves: PABLO NERUDA, whose poetry and commitment I LOVE with all my heart!
Who cares about the Euro, Olympia? A great nation can't help being great!
