Time for cooking

                                                     Stuffed peppers
  materials

   20  peppers
  500 gr  minced meat (beef)
  20 tablespoons rice
  2 cups fresh tomato or juice 
  1  chopped onion
  1 tea spoon sugar
  1 tea spoon salt
 1 cup oil
 1 cup  fresh parsley
 1 tablespoon  mint
 ( optional  a little  black pepper )                                                                
                                                                   


1) Pour oil into skillet ,then minced meat and then onion. Boil it for 20minutes while stirring constantly .

                                            oil,rice,tomato ,parsley                                                                                                                       
                                                                     sugar
                                                                         salt and mint
                                      

                                                                       20 peppers


  2)  Then add tomato ,salt,sugar  and rice .  Extinguish the fire in the kitchen and add at the end of the parsley and mint . 


3) Stuff the peppers and some oil over 


4) Bake  at 200  C for one  hour and  15 minutes . Quick and easy meal for the whole family .  

                                             5)  Ι tried the food and it is very tasty

  6. It looks very yummy and delicious, Olympia! I remember seeing these in Greece. I love stuffed vegetables (aubergine, courgettes and peppers!) You are right: it's a complete meal in one!
