ΑπάντησηΔιαγραφήThis looks very good, and I will try it for a party. I will have to adapt a little. Chinese aubergines are long and skinny, but I think can be substituted. The meat will be a bigger problem. Maybe I could leave it out, or substitute chicken. What did you mean by a vegan version?
