Morning walk
When we were at Athens I walked early in the morning with my little camera and I took these photos !
While I walked I looked around and I saw this garden of ground floor apartment !
Look the woman on left . She is planting ! I said good morning and I asked the permission to takethe photos . She said yes and she turn back to her work !
I think it is a little beautiful in a big grey town !!!
this big cactus inside the garden of leaved house !
I asked the woman in balcony how old was this cactus and she said to me that
was 47 years old and never frozen !
Yesterday I started to plant . I bought new plants because many of them had frozen .

Old floors
Last week we went to Athens. One day we went for lunch with my husband 's brother and his wife .This is a view from Peraus to Athens .

The first impression was the floor ..... Look the old with new ....It is like carpet ....

It was early about 12:00 and it was empty ... but we ate something and we continued our jobs ...

Little touch of Easter Decor
I saw that many friends have start Easter decoration !Of course their Easter is early one week than us . Here we have at 15 th April ! So I found this little thing at my campinet because the
other Easter Decor is at storage up of my bath !! I need some help to put down and nobody !! has the intention yet !! They say to me , No mum don't tire ! I hope at last to help me !!
These rabbits each one for 1 euro!!
and these marble eggs from London ,each one for 1pound !!
This is the start of decoration and when I have all I 'll think where I 'll put them !

Two salads
I cooking these two salads ....
Do you know what are they ?
The famous Greek tzatziki !!!!!!
What we need:
· 1/2 kilo of yoghurt straggisto/bag
· 3-4 large undeveloped cloves garlic
· 1 Curt bath salt
· 1 k.s. vinegar
· 1 large cucumber
· 3/4 flytz. olive oil
How do:
1. Clean the garlic, cut the clothes in length and afairoyme green germ which is located in the Centre.
2. Liwnoyme garlic with special composting tool and put the melted garlic in a mortar.
3. Add salt and liwnoyme with goydocheri until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
4. Without treating the cucumber, cut it in two and then cut each in half in LENGTH.
5. With a koytalaki xynoyme and removing the Interior of aggoyrioy with sporakia. At the end we have 4 "boots ever farther out. The move to trifti and if it remains still the cucumber liquid straggizoyme.
6. A basin put yoghurt and cucumber and mix with a spoon.
7. Add the other ingredients and mix. The tzatziki is ready, we test and if needed add salt yet ligo.
The secret of aggoyrioy: do not clean the skin, why there are all these nutrients and gives color to the tzatziki. Away from before the spores inside and only triboyme with red skin. Thus it is safer that will not nerwsei the tzatziki. The secret of garlic: the germ have been removed, so of course the taste of garlic in with Mint but not smells bad in our mouths. The poltopoioyme fully (not just triboyme), so the taste goes everywhere and not just in any possible bath.
the fava !!!!
1/2 kilo ' (Santorini) fava
1 medium dry onion
Parsley
Salt, pepper
olive oil
1 lemon
Putting the ' in cold water for approximately two hours.
Cut the onion in half and a saucepan with enough water along with the ' brazete.
The chylwsei and brazete until the xafrizete whenever they need to.
When you have enough, you chylwsei pulp with a mixer.
Alatizete fabas puree and simmer for a while yet.
When ready the serving with psilokommeno onion and parsley, a little olive oil and lemon juice.
Over rub fresh pepper!
Alternatively maϊntanoy and served with kapari!
It is very delicious either as appetizing either as a main dish and can be included within a healthy Mediterranean diet

A wonderful book
A few days ago I bought this book . It is the new book of Victoria Hislop .
I like to read this writer . Some of books have written for my country .
The original tittle is: The Thread
I have read until 177 page and I continue ...

It is a story about faith and love for all people and places which they
determine us ... It is a story about life in Thessaloniki .....
It deserve to read this book !!!
